Sharma (Judicial), The Hon'ble Member, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna,order dt 28-03-2014 as contained in Annexure-4 passed by the respondent No. 2 in Bataidari Appeal Case No. 44/2004-2005/ 93/2005-2006 and the order dt 30.11.2004 in Bataidari Case No.
167/2003-2004 as contained in Annexure-3 passed by the Deputy Collector and Reforms, Forbesganj, District-Araria.
Hon'ble B.L.T. Member (Judicial) Patna observe. The application is devoid of any merit and same is dismissed accordingly.
