This Court has received report from the court below. It appears that five witnesses have already been examined including the Informant and rest six witnesses are still to be examined by the court below.
At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, above named.
The court below is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of seven months from today.
If the trial is not concluded within a period of aforesaid seven months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28213 of 2016 (6) dt.31-08-2016 his prayer for bail before this Court.
The A.S.P., Barh is directed to ensure production of the rest of the witnesses. The Presiding Officer is also directed to take all steps for production of the witnesses. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is suffering from paralytic stroke. In that view of the matter, the Jail Superintendent, Beur Jail is directed to ensure proper treatment of the petitioner.
