2. The present petition has been preferred for the compliance of the order dated 30.07.2018, passed in CWJC No. 14559 of 2018.

3. A show cause on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2, 3,

Patna High Court MJC No.247 of 2019(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 5 and 7 is on record, in which, the order of the encroachment proceeding No. 1/2018 has been annexed and learned State counsel has taken this Court to page No. 34, in which, after passing a reasoned order observing that the case relates to 'Disputed Question of Title' which cannot be decided in encroachment proceeding, the same was closed.

4. The copy of the show cause was received by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.06.2019. There is no reply to it.

5. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

6. MJC No. 247 of 2019 stands disposed of.
