JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 1063 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one stolen motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 09.09.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, once charge is framed or petitioner completes six
