The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 504,341,323,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner assaulted the informant with farsa in the background of a dispute with regard to sale of a tree of the informant by the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is own brother of the informant. Though sharp cutting injury has been found on the occipital region but there is counter version of the occurrence also. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23233 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Madhubani. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
