====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Earlier attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail was refused by this Court under order dated 04.03.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46920 of 2014, Annexure-1 directing the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of order dated 04.03.2015 in the court below. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of passage of three months the trial of the petitioner has not been disposed of and he renewed his prayer for grant of bail as out of the nine cases, which were registered against him, he has been acquitted in two cases. In seven cases he has been granted bail and is in custody only in the present case i.e. Mallehpur P.S. Case No. 25/14.

Let the court below verify the aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34572 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 submission and if found correct, petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Mallehpur P.S. Case No. 25/14, but petitioner must appear in the court below on the date fixed in the trial, otherwise court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and to take him into custody.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
