Case No.367 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assaulting the brother of the informant Chandul Kumar causing injury.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact that Chandful Kumar has tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter-in-law of the informant for which a case has also been lodged by the petitioner's side being K. Nagar P.S. case No.368 of 2019 and in order to save the skin, present case has been filed. He is in custody for almost three
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4317 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 months. Charge sheet has already been submitted. As such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.367 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
