Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 435, 392, 504, 506, 120B, 121(A), 122 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13, 16, 18, 19 and 20 of the U.L.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 18.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20857 of 2015. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.
