Case No.100 of 2014 registered under section 354 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexural Offences Act.

It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the witnesses have already been examined during trial and the case is at the stage of final argument. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
