2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for appropriate writ, order and direction on the respondents for release the land of the petitoner from declaring them as surplus in Ceiling case No. 140 of 1974 initiated against respondent no. 4."

3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that Tribhuvan Singh, the sole petitioner is no more and as such, the heirs be granted liberty to approach the Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.11834 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 again, if they so want.

4. Since the petitioner is no more, the prayer is just and proper and in that background, the present writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the heirs of Tribhuvan Singh to approach the Court, if they so want.
