JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 566 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant by Dabiya causing injury to her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides received injuries and the injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
