Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). " i) For setting aside the office order contained in Letter No. 1067 dated 21.12.2021 issued under the signature of Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division Buxar, whereby and whereudner respondent authority rescinded the agreement bearing Agreement No. 01

Patna High Court CWJC No.1908 of 2022 dt.21-03-2022 2/2 SBD 2019/20 for "Construction of Government Engineering College At Dumraon (Change of Land Mahadah) In the District- Buxar."

ii) The petitioner further pays that after setting aside the aforementioned order or termination of agreement, the respondent authorities be directed to issue fresh work order granting 18 months time to complete the balance work as the whatever delay occurred only on the part of respondents and more than 6-8 months time wasted in lockdown and because effect of Corona Pandemic.

iii) For any other relief for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Permission is granted.
