Petitioner is said to have opened fire but according to prosecution case itself, the firing of the petitioner did not hit to any person and furthermore, according to prosecution case, the firing of co-accused hit the informant's daughter.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Daniyawan P.S.
