This application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38004 of 2018 which was disposed of with direction to surrender and make prayer for regular bail , which shall be considered by thelearned count below on submission that the petitioners are ready to deposit 50 % of such amount.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner no.1 has issued cheque and the petitioner no.2 is no way liable for payment. .
