Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application of the petitioners no. 1 and 2 stands dismissed as withdrawn. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Bela P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019, for the offence
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16973 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. So far as petitioners no. 3 & 4 are concerned, they are junior member of the family, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners no. 3 and 4 above named. Let the petitioners no. 3 and 4 above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, arising out of Bela P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
