The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupouli P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted the son of the informant. During investigation the injured stated that petitioner has assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that injury No. 2 is simple and so far as injury no. 1 doctor has reserved the opinion.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 25.9.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent, let the above

No.6107 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupouli P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018.
