This is an application praying for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding

WJC No.1080 of 2017(2) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 the respondents Bihar Public Service Commission to hand over the concerned Tabulating Register of 32nd Combined Competitive Examination related to petitioner to Central Forensic Laboratory either at Delhi or Pune for its examination in relation to forgery, malpractice and manipulation, erasing, subsequent insertion in the Tabulating register and/or an appropriate direction be issued to the Central Bureau of Investigate into the matter at its own level and submit the report before this Hon'ble Court and/or any other appropriate writ, order or orders be passed.

In the opinion of this Court, there is no merit in this application.
