The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No.48 of 2020 registered under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after two months of the alleged occurrence. It is a counter blast of Complaint Case No.313 of 2020, which was filed earlier by the mother of the petitioner vide Annexure 2.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
