Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner got SIM No. 9661305027 on the basis of fake document.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has never applied for SIM No. 9661305027 nor he has ever used the SIM in question. There is no such allegation that the SIM was misused by the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6013 of 2023(4) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P. S. Case No. 58 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
