The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, different section of the Arms Act and under section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. From the possession of the petitioner one polythene containing white powder was recovered. It is alleged that the powder is meant for preparation of bomb but the quantity of the powder has not been mentioned. The petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33338 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 15/2015.
