2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that she is ready to approach the District Programme Officer, Munger and make a complaint with respect to the wrong appointment of private respondent No. 7 on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Kendra No. 60 (Gajipur-03), falling under Gajipur Panchayat in the District of Munger.

3. Should such a complaint be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Programme Officer, Munger (respondent No. 6), after hearing the necessary parties, i.e., the petitioner, private respondent No. 7 and other stake holders, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. Should the petitioner feel aggrieved even thereafter, she would have the opportunity of preferring an appeal against the order of the District Programme Officer, Munger before the District Magistrate, Munger (respondent No. 4).
