2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023 registered on 22.06.2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is an allegation that he has attacked brother of the informant by sword and bleeding started.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2023 having clean criminal case pending against him. Counsel for the petitioner further submits

Case No. 262 of 2023 by the mother of the informant against the injured. Counsel further submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge if charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023 subject to the following conditions laid down under Section 437

(3) of the Cr.P.C.
