2. The petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order dated 13.02.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17697 of 2016.

3. It is informed by the bar that against the said order the authorities had moved in LPA No. 420 of 2018 which has been disposed off by order dated 21.01.2019, in terms of the order passed on the same day in LPA No. 758 of 2018.

4. By the said order, the order of the Writ Court has been modified and the District Magistrate, Patna is now required to pass a fresh order on the application for grant of arms license to the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid, as the order of the Writ Court stands modified by the aforesaid order dated 21.01.2019, nothing remains in the present application and accordingly the same stands disposed off.
