The petitioner was entrusted with the responsibility of supplying summer season dress to 466

Patna High Court CWJC No.1622 of 2020 dt.18-02-2020 2/3 Class-IV employees in the Garden Division under Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. The petitioner has not been paid an amount of Rs. 1,67,055/- and the reason assigned for non-payment of the remaining bill does not appear to be explicable. In case of the petitioner making a suitable representation before the Executive Officer, Garden Division, Building Construction Department, Patna (Respondent No. 4), within a period of four weeks, seeking payment of the amount which is due to the petitioner, the facts shall be verified by the concerned respondent and necessary arrangement shall be made for making available such amount to the petitioner.

Needless to state that such an order shall only be passed after the claim of the petitioner is verified and found to be correct, within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.
