Petitioner is in custody connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 720 of 2019 for the offence under section 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner whereas allegation of the informant is that Rs. 50,000/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that there is no production list/seizures list with regard to alleged recovery of Rs. 50,000/- from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 720 of 2019.
