There is specific allegation against petitioner no. 2 that he gave blow of butt of gun causing head injury to deceased which became fatal for the deceased. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, it is only stated that he participated in the alleged crime by holding the deceased and assaulting the other injured. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner no. 1, namely, Md. Aslam be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33746 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015.
