The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 498A and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation on account of treatment by her husband she committed suicide by burning herself. Earlier this Court vide order dated 5.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49750 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of eight months in jail custody. The petitioner is in jail since 11.9.2015 and he has already completed eight months in jail custody.
