2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 07.08.2018 passed in G.R. No. 568/2017 arising out of Chanan P.S. Case No. 51/2017 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Lakhisarai by which cognizance under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act was taken against the petitioner.

3. It appears that the case has proceeded therefore the petitioner has lost interest in the case. Moreover, finding the prima-facie case, cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate after going through the records of the case.
