The petitioner is in custody in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 4.11.2019. On account of land dispute firing took place and the allegation of firing is against Sikander Yadav. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
