2. Writ petition has been filed for quashing order dated 5.9.2019, passed in Land Ceiling Appeal Case No.2 of 2019 by the Court of Addl. Collector, Nalanda as well as order dated 22.1.2019, passed in Land Ceiling Case No.3 of 2016-17 by the Court of DCLR, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in light of judgment of the Hon'ble Division of this Court dated 13.10.2023, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 15060 of 2019 and other analogous writ petitions.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the aforesaid facts.
