While adjourning the matter on 9.11.2022, a coordinate bench of this Court had issued notice to Bihar School Examination Board.

In the meantime, the direction was given to make regular payment.

In para-4 of the show cause filed by the opposite party no.3, the District Programme (Establishment) Officer, Lakhisarai, it has been stated that the petitioner has been paid

Patna High Court MJC No.204 of 2023(6) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 salary for the period January, 2022 to February, 2023. Mr. Satyaveer Bharti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board submits that a committee has been constituted to ascertain whether the two names that the petitioner claims to be alias of his father is one or the same person.

In view of the fact that the Bihar School Examination Board has formed a committee and further as per show cause, payments have been made for the period January, 2022 to February, 2023, no contempt is made out.

It is expected that Bihar School Examination Board will come to a finding at an earliest.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
