ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order of this Court dated 5.11.2014, 14.8.2013 and 29.1.2013, passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 15763 of 2014, 32259 of 2013 and 1484 of 2013 respectively. Considering that out of four witnesses three have already been examined, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier orders refusing prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail is again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party. However, non-conclusion of the Trial shall be no ground for releasing the Petitioner on bail.
