This application has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 10.01.2022 passed by learned District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in ABP No. 839 of 2021 whereby learned Sessions Judge has directed the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner will pay Rs.10,000/- per month as maintenance to the complainant.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, I find no infirmity in the impugned order dated 10.01.2022. This application is dismissed.
