Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court and recovery of 20 live cartridges is meaningless without any fire-arm, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai.
