In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the Case of Punyadev Sharma and Ors Vs. Kamla Devi and Ors. 2022 (1) BLJ 434, the order dated 23.07.2018 passed in Bihar Land Tribunal Case No. 167 of 2018, order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Land Ceiling Revision No. 476 of 2012, the order dated 28.11.2012 passed in land Ceiling Appeal No. 106 of 2011 and the order dated 16.02.2012 passed in Land Ceiling Case No. 10 of 2009 are quashed.
