This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 530 of 2021.
As per allegation, when the informant was going to appear in the examination of B.SC. Part-III, he was intercepted by two motorcyclist. They snatched his mobile, admit card etc. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6268 of 2022(3) dt.31-05-2022 2/2 that petitioner was not arrested on the spot and no TIP was done till date. Although, the petitioner has one criminal antecedent, but he has been granted bail in that case by the learned lower court itself. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2021. Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case No. 530 of 2021. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
