2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of direction/writ/order to the Respondents to register the FIR against the named accused persons on the written complaint filed by the petitioner on 23.12.2024 before Officer in Charge, Baheri P.S whereby and under SDE No.

458 was given.

(ii) For issuance of direction/writ/order to the Respondents to take

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.138 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 appropriate action against the erring person/persons who is responsible for not registering FIR on the written complaint filed by the petitioner on 23.12.2024 and subsequently other applications filed before Higher Police Officials.

3. The Baheri P.S. Case No.284 of 2025 has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner.

4. In these circumstances, this application has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Baheri Police to properly investigate the case. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
