JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The impugned order reveals that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Umakant Dubey from whose possession, the looted motorcycle was recovered and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
