Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that stolen CCTV camera was recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S.
