This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. vide Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 passed by

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1686 of 2017(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 learned A.C.J.M-1st, Sheikhpura against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 188, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police. In view of the changed circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all their grounds at an appropriate stage i.e. at the time of framing of charge.
