JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, has prayed for directing the respondent Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to issue the order of permanent affiliation to the petitioner Institute in view of the fact that recognition has been granted by the Eastern Regional Committee of the NCTE for conducting the course of B.Ed. Curriculum.

The learned counsel for the University has filed a counter affidavit wherein a notification dated 01.02.2019 has been annexed whereby and whereunder the petitioner's Institute has been granted permanent affiliation w.e.f. the Session 201819.
