The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.09.2021 passed by Sri K.P. Arya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barha in Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021 whereby learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against all the accused persons including the petitioner. This Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order of cognizance and as such, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same at this stage. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
