The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named 15 persons and alleged in her fard beyan that while she and others, including her husband, were returning the accused persons made indiscriminate firing causing death of her husband, Vivek Singh on the spot. No specific allegation of firing is against the petitioner. Vivek Singh got only one fire arm injury and another injury is wound of exit. Similarly situated accused Sanjiv Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25653 of 2015 and accused Pritam Singh has also been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30798 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28335 of 2015 and the case of petitioner stands on same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in Bihpur P.S.
