Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/201 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and informant's brother died of electrocution. It is submitted that there is no witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion petitioner has been made accused. Neither any electric connection is on the field nor any electric wire is running in the field of petitioner. Nothing incriminating has come against the petitioner during investigation to connect him with the alleged offence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3983 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur in Bihta Police Station Case No. 507/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
