JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom it is apparent that only Investigating Officer and the doctor remained to be examined. Furthermore, the Presiding Officer had assured to conclude the trial within two months. The report is of dated 27.08.2015 and on account thereof, the trial, in the aforesaid background, must come to an end by October, 2015. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid stipulated period and for that, petitioner is not found responsible, then in that event, the learned lower court itself will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction.
