2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.10.2017 in Cr. Misc No. 49789 of 2017.

4. After seven years, again the petitioner filed anticipatory bail petition without assigning fresh ground. It appears that due to none appearance of the petitioner before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13532 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 learned court below, the trial delayed for a considerable period of time.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender immediately before the learned court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

6. The petitioner doesn't deserve the privilege for anticipatory bail which is hereby rejected.
