This application for grant of Regular bail arises out of Chausa P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 25( 1-B), A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the petitioner's possession a country made pistol and 8 live cartridges are said to have been recovered by the police. The petitioner was arrested alongwith two co-accused persons namely Sunil Singh and Radhakant Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and co-accused Radhakant Singh has been granted bail by an order of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23021 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 dated 25.02.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.8269 of 2016. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar-II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in Chausa P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutives occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
