2. It has been jointly submitted that the case is squarely covered by order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.535 of 2020 dated 05.07.2022 in which the case was dismissed with the following observations:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.5304 of 2020(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 "In view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court limiting the relief to 133 persons, and no case having been made out by petitioners to claim appointment against advertisement No. 704 of 2004, there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction for petitioners appointment.

The application is, therefore, devoid of merit and is dismissed."

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby dismissed with the same observations as was observed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.535 of 2020 dated 05.07.2022. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Divyansh/- U
