It appears that the cause of action has arisen in the Month of November, 2014, as far as the petitioners herein are concerned and this Court is oblivious of the fact as to whether any cause of action still survives or as to whether the records of the said period are available with the authorities or not, hence this Court is of the view that the concerned grievance redressal forum may entertain the complaint of the petitioners herein, if filed within a period of four weeks from today, however at the risk and peril of the petitioners herein, in case the records are not traced.
With the aforesaid observations, the present modification petition stands disposed of.
