This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 345 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and the recovery is not from her possession, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16633 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additiional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 345 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
